Jack the talking ice cream part 2

The four friends continued travelling around the world. Angus, Luke, Ben and Jack. They walked across deserts, bushes and sailed the sea. When they hit North America, the winds were higher than usual.

“Why are the winds so high?” said Angus.

“I think I know.” said Jack. “I think there’s a tornado!”.

The boys looked up. Ben yelled, ”There’s a big swirly thing getting bigger at the top and heading towards us!”.

Everyone except Jack ran back to the boat.

“Jack!” said Luke, “Get back!”. But Jack kept walking towards the tornado.

“Jack! Jack! Stop!” ,said Ben, but Jack had already disappeared into the tornado. Ben jumped out of the boat and ran into the tornado.

“Ben! Jack! Are you OK?!!!”, said Angus. They didn’t hear anything. Back in the tornado Jack saw Ben. “Ben,”, said Jack, “ What are you doing?”.

“I don’t know.”, said Ben. Then Ben disappeared out of Jack’s sight. Then he felt pain from his ice-cream. “My second scoop!” Jack yelled, “Its gone!”. The he was pushed into the ye of the tornado. The eye was calm, but Jack was still floating. He looked up and Ben was floating an inch from Jack’s face. Jack yelled and stumbled back. Ben laughed, “Got you!”.

Jack rolled his eyes, “Ben…”.

Ben’s face turned serious.

“How do we get out?”, he said.

“Who knows?”, said Jack.

Back outside the tornado, Luke and Angus were still yelling.

“Quick! Move over behind that hill.”, said Angus. They moved to where Angus said to move to because the tornado was getting closer to the boat.

“No!”, said Angus, as the boat was thrown into the tornado.

“All our food!”, stammered Luke. “What are we going to do?”.

“I think I know. We’ve got to go in.”, said Angus.

“What?!”, said Luke, “No way!”. But Angus was walking towards the tornado. Luke yelle after him and followed, even though he was scared.

The two boys were chucked into the tornado.

Back where Ban and Jack were, Ben said, ”How do we get out?”.

“Up the top, of course.”, said Jack.

Ben looked up. “Oh yeah. Okay, let’s go!”, he said.

Together they air-swam up the top and out of the tornado.

Back to Luke and Angus. “Okay, we’re in the eye.”, said Angus. They looked around and saw the boat. “The boat!” said Luke happily. They ate some food.

“Now lets get out. Air-swim towards the top.”, said Angus. So they air-swam up the top and out.

Meanwhile, Jack and Ben were looking for the boat. ”Where is it?”, asked Ben.

“I don’t know.”, said Jack.

Suddenly there was a big crash from behind them. They saw the boat, Luke and Angus.

“There you are.”, said Ben, “Where to next? Angus, you’re the smartest, where to next?”.

Angus snorted. “Canada!”, he said.

“What?”, said Luke, “That’s so far!”.

“That’s great! I can be cold again.”, said Jack.

So the four friends headed off for another adventure.
