Low Head to Binalong Bay

Low Head to Binalong Bay

This week I met a new friend, named Arebelle and together we played in the bush and made a cubby in the trees and bushes. The next morning Hamish, Mum and I rode up to the lighthouse and we heard the fog horn. It went like this bbbbbbbb eeeeeeeeeeeeee pppppppp, bbbbbbbb eeeeeeeeeeeeee pppppppp, bbbbbbbb eeeeeeeeeeeeee pppppppp, wait 51 secondsbbbbbbbb eeeeeeeeeeeeee pppppppp, but it didn’t work the first time so they did it ten minutes later and we could hear it from the campsite.

It blew off my ears and my head slipped off! We had chips for dinner mmm… nachos! I had quiche for lunch and Hamish had a sausage roll and Mum and Dad had a pie. It was a good lunch from the bakery.

We went to an old jail, a big one too. We arrived in Binalong Bay and went for a drive around St. Helens. For dinner we had toasties and for dessert we had smores (toasted marshmallow in chocolate biscuits).

The next morning we had woken in cold rain we are now stuck in the tent and it is still cold and rainy.

The next morning I got up and we drove to the cheesery but it was so wet that the roads were flooded and the cheesery was shut. So the next day we went to find it was open and we had to try the cheese that they had on offer.

Then we went to the pub in the paddock and saw two pigs, one was brown and the other was yellow and brown stripes. They loved a sip of beer or a good play in the mud.

Then we went to St Columbus waterfall. It was 90m tall and you wouldn’t want to drop anything into it or it would be gone.

At night the waves sounded like big bombs going off in the distance and I felt like they were washing past us at full speed!

Today we are currently on Friday and it is 10:48 AM 17/10/2022 and I will lunch today, not Friday because of certain delays of not going on the laptop.
